Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to join a dedicated, cross-functional team focused on building AI-native learning experiences from conception. This is a significant role offering the opportunity to develop innovative, personalized learning features, experiment with cutting-edge AI capabilities, and rapidly transition ideas from prototype to production. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers in a highly collaborative environment where everyone directly contributes to product development. The role places a strong emphasis on practical Generative AI, both in the features we deliver and in your daily workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy end-to-end product features across both frontend and backend, utilizing technologies such as React (or similar), Node.js, and Python.
- Create AI-driven learning experiences, including hyper-personalization, adaptive content, and intelligent assistance, by leveraging Generative AI APIs, frameworks, and orchestration tools.
- Quickly prototype, test, and refine ideas, moving efficiently from initial concept to Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
- Deploy features to production, iterating based on user feedback and measurable outcomes.
- Seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences by working in close partnership with design and product teams on aspects like prompt design, interaction patterns, and guardrails.
