Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize high-performance, modern web applications.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into robust frontend components.
  • Integrate AI-powered features and tools to enhance user experiences.
  • Lead frontend projects, ensuring architectural integrity, security, availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
  • Drive technical decision-making and provide mentorship on technology selection.
  • Contribute to cost optimization, resource management, and performance tuning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategy with business objectives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI frameworks, and recommend stack improvements.
  • Participate in long-term technical roadmap and architecture planning.

Required Expertise:

  • 7-12 years of frontend development experience, particularly in enterprise-grade applications.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, modules, or frontend projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular and React, along with Python.
  • Proven experience with Micro-frontend architectures, remote module integration, and shared libraries.
  • Solid understanding of frontend principles, design patterns, and system design.
  • Experience in building responsive, accessible, and internationalized user interfaces.
  • Thorough understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
  • Hands-on experience with frontend performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies, efficient rendering, and event-driven updates (e.g., WebSockets, Webhooks).
  • Experience with unit testing, mocking, and test automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Git and CI/CD platforms like Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • Experience ensuring code quality through code reviews and tools like SonarQube.
  • Familiarity with DevOps culture and observability/monitoring tools such as Datadog and Splunk.
