About This Role
We are modernizing ComPsych's technology to create new customer-facing web and mobile experiences, a unified design system, and AI-powered capabilities. We seek a Senior Frontend Engineer who owns significant parts of our frontend foundation.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Own the full frontend lifecycle within your domain: architecture, implementation, testing, review, and production ownership.
- Solve difficult frontend problems in production and lead diagnosis for performance or reliability issues.
- Partner with Product, Design, QA, and Full-Stack engineers to shape solutions early.
- Raise the engineering bar by mentoring others and making repeatable strong decisions.
We're Looking For:
You possess deep TypeScript experience and have built substantial applications using Angular or React. You understand component architecture, state management, rendering behaviors, and web-platform fundamentals including semantic HTML, CSS, and the DOM event model.
Your testing strategy must span unit, integration, visual regression, and end-to-end levels using tools like Jest, Playwright, or Storybook.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 USD. The actual compensation will be influenced by previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
