Senior Frontend Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to own features and reliability within our next-generation web trading terminal. This role focuses on building real-time multi-chart workspaces with dense market UIs, ensuring state synchronization correctness, and resolving production incidents reported by active traders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy end-to-end production features while maintaining alignment across combine/parity paths.
• Tackle complex debugging challenges involving multi-tab hydration, persistence races, and cross-window state issues.
• Optimize performance for large lists and busy charts through techniques like virtualization, subscription lifecycle management, and minimizing Redux churn.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to refine user experience (UX).
• Maintain clear written communication regarding technical risks related to sync, authentication, and broker integrations via well-documented PRs.
• Lead mentorship efforts to elevate React patterns, state boundaries, and root-cause debugging methodologies within the team.
