Senior Frontend Engineer

CONXAI Technologies GmbH is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer (React/TypeScript) to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana. As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in shaping and advancing a modern, scalable frontend architecture for our sophisticated B2B AI platform. This role transcends mere feature implementation, focusing instead on designing robust systems with a strong emphasis on structure, clear boundaries, and long-term sustainability. Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and build complex B2B features utilizing React 18 and TypeScript.
• Work within a structured Feature-Sliced Design (FSD) architecture, defining clear domain boundaries and public APIs.
• Develop reusable features, widgets, and domain entities, ensuring architectural integrity through dependency rules and validation tools.
• Write type-safe, production-grade TypeScript code and implement comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Optimize application performance, bundle size, and rendering efficiency, implementing robust error handling and monitoring.
• Build advanced product capabilities, including efficient server-state management with TanStack Query and complex UI patterns, with a focus on AI feature integration like LLM workflows.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers on RESTful APIs, contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor mid/junior engineers.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional frontend experience.
• Advanced expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Strong architectural thinking (FSD, Clean Architecture, or similar).
• Experience with modern state management solutions.
• A strong testing mindset (unit & integration).
• Proficiency in integrating REST APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High standards for code quality and maintainability.

Highly Valued:

• Experience building complex B2B SaaS products.
• Knowledge of scalable frontend architecture patterns.
• Experience with performance optimization.
• Familiarity with AWS services (Cognito / Amplify / S3 / CloudFront).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in AEC, construction, or document-heavy domains.
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations in frontend applications.
