Senior Frontend Engineer

Level AI is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to spearhead the development of innovative web strategies focused on Customer / Partner Onboarding and Operations. In this high-impact role, you will work with cutting-edge technologies, shaping the future of AI-driven enterprise applications. Responsibilities include managing and enhancing versatile JavaScript libraries for diverse browser environments, building reliable, scalable, and performant user experiences using modern tools like React, TypeScript, Web Bundles, Firebase, and Webpack. You will help define a scalable front-end architecture, advise internal teams, and promote best practices. Collaborate with designers and product managers to break down projects into substantial tasks, delivering them with metrics and data. Innovate and build features that millions of customers will experience, taking end-to-end responsibility for integral pieces or applications. Drive engineering and operational excellence in an agile environment to deliver a high-quality product.

Requirements include a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech from a tier 1 Engineering institute and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in frontend development with expertise in React.js. You should have at least 2 years of experience in service-oriented architecture and proficiency with Chart.js or other visualization libraries. Experience with Redux, Webpack, and ES6 syntax is essential, along with in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and the DOM. The ability to build a feature from scratch and drive it to completion is required. Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities, strong understanding of HTML and CSS, and familiarity with CSS frameworks like SCSS, SASS, and LESS are necessary. A demonstrated sense of design, UX sensibility, and attention to detail are important. Experience with enterprise-level B2B software development, the ability to learn complex systems quickly, and experience with unit and integration testing are also required. Experience architecting web analytics, conversion analytics, and A/B testing systems, leading technical discussions, performing code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers is a plus. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, integrating frontend with backend systems, and performance optimization techniques for large data sets and visualizations is expected.
