Senior Frontend Engineer

This role focuses on product engineering at scale, not a marketing site frontend position. You will be instrumental in building high-performance, data-heavy applications tailored for staffing firms and enterprise talent acquisition teams. What You’ll Work On

You will be responsible for architecting and developing complex, high-performance frontend systems, including:

• AI-powered search interfaces capable of handling extensive datasets.
• Real-time filtering, sorting, and evaluation UIs.
• Data-dense tables with sophisticated interaction capabilities.
• Complex state management across multi-module applications.
• Highly interactive dashboards.
• Engaging animations and micro-interactions designed to enhance the user experience.
• Design system architecture and component standardization.

You will have ownership over performance, architecture, and overall frontend quality.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a brilliant, product-minded frontend engineer who possesses a vision beyond simply building components. You should be driven by the impact and quality of the product.

Must Have:

• A minimum of 5 years of frontend engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building large-scale, production-ready React applications.
• A strong understanding of rendering performance and optimization techniques.
• Experience working with data-intensive UIs (tables, filters, dashboards, search results).
• Mastery of component composition and reusable architectural patterns.
• Strong knowledge of:

  • Virtualization
  • Lazy loading
  • Code splitting
  • Bundle optimization
  • Network optimization
• Demonstrated ability to improve frontend latency and perceived performance.
• Proficiency in translating Figma designs and design systems into pixel-perfect implementations.

• Experience building SaaS B2B products.
• Experience developing AI-driven or search-driven applications.
• Experience with advanced animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion).
• Experience building or maintaining a design system.
