Senior Frontend Engineer

• Experience Required: Candidates must have between 4 to 8 years of professional experience in frontend development within a fast-paced tech environment (Bangalore, Karnataka).
• Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer based in Bengaluru or open to remote work. You will lead the user-facing side of our cutting-edge AI applications, translating high-fidelity design mockups into highly responsive, performant, and scalable web interfaces that ensure a seamless experience for end-users.
• Core Responsibilities:
• Architect, build, optimize, and maintain complex single-page applications (SPAs) using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks suitable for enterprise-grade AI tools.
• Closely collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive layouts that adhere strictly to WCAG accessibility standards, ensuring inclusivity for all users in the Bengaluru tech ecosystem and beyond.
• Lead performance optimization initiatives, including advanced code splitting, lazy loading strategies, bundle size reduction techniques (Tree Shaking), and rigorous cross-browser compatibility testing across major desktop and mobile devices.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Actively mentor junior developers within the Bangalore team, conduct thorough peer code reviews to enforce high coding standards, participate in architectural decision-making sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Deep expertise required in React.js (Next.js), Angular, or Vue.js; strong command over TypeScript for type safety; mastery of HTML5 semantic markup, CSS3/SASS for styling systems; state management with Redux/Zustand; build tools like Webpack/Vite; and end-to-end testing frameworks including Jest/Cypress.
