Senior Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define specifications and high-level architecture for new features.
• Develop user-friendly features and enhancements with a focus on quality, reliability, and scalability.
• Partner with backend engineers to define APIs, integrate frontend components with backend services, and promote effective team communication.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance and reliability issues.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously improving code quality and adopting best practices.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript and extensive experience with modern thick-client application frameworks like React/Flux, Vue, or AngularJS.
• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a preference for experience in animation, scalable/modular CSS, and preprocessors such as SCSS, LESS, and Tailwind.
• Proficiency with Git for version control and workflows.
• Familiarity with unit and E2E testing concepts and tools including QUnit, Mocha, Selenium, and Cypress.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in building consumer UIs.
• Experience with client-side build processes and tools such as Babel, Webpack, Grunt, and Gulp.
• Substantial experience managing the software development lifecycle for medium to large-scale projects.
• A strong drive and curiosity regarding the future of DeFi and scalable engineering.
