Role Overview

We seek a Senior Frontend Developer to build new products from the ground up in Gurugram, Haryana. You will own architecture, tooling, and foundational decisions without relying on legacy codebases. This role requires solving complex UI, performance, security, and scalability problems independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Build production applications from scratch including CI/CD hygiene and project setup in Gurugram.
• Create scalable React apps optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Design reusable component libraries ensuring accessibility across the platform.
• Manage authentication flows with secure token handling suitable for our B2B clients.
• Optimize performance using Chrome DevTools to ensure fast load times in India's varying network conditions.
• Implement state management strategies like Redux Toolkit tailored to large-scale data interfaces.
• Leverage AI-first engineering practices, utilizing tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot daily for faster development cycles.
• Mentor junior developers on modern React patterns and best coding standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of frontend experience with deep expertise in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proven track record of solving non-trivial architecture problems from scratch.
• Mastery of HTML, CSS, browser behavior, HTTP protocols, and web security (XSS/CSRF protection).
• Strong understanding of build optimization using Vite/Webpack for efficient deployments in Gurugram servers.
• Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code before production use.
