Senior Frontend Developer - React
Role Purpose
Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions and models according to client and project specifications.
Responsibilities

Design and Develop Solutions
- Develop models using various software tools based on project plans and customer requirements.
- Test prototypes and designs, verifying boundary conditions and conducting impact and stress analyses.
- Produce specifications and ensure operational feasibility by integrating software components into a functional system.
- Create prototypes based on engineering drawings and outline CAD models.
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements.
- Provide optimized solutions through virtual environment simulations.
- Ensure software is updated with the latest features for client cost-effectiveness.
- Enhance applications by identifying improvement opportunities, making recommendations, and implementing new systems.
- Adhere to industry-standard operating procedures for various processes and systems as required by clients during solution modeling.

Provide Customer Support and Problem Solving
- Fix defects reported by clients or the software integration team.
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures for customers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems efficiently and with minimal latency.
- Deploy programs, evaluate user feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with project plans and industry standards.

Ensure Reporting and Documentation
- Generate weekly and monthly status reports for clients.
- Maintain documentation and create a repository for design changes and recommendations.
- Maintain time-sheets for clients.
- Provide written knowledge transfer and project history.
Key Performance Indicators
- Design and Develop Solutions: Adherence to project plan/schedule, 100% error-free onboarding & implementation, throughput percentage.
- Quality & CSAT: On-Time Delivery, minimum corrections, first-time right, no major post-production defects, 100% compliance of bi-directional traceability matrix, completion of assigned certifications for skill upgradation.
- MIS & Reporting: 100% on-time MIS & report generation.
