Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our team in New Delhi, specializing in React, Next.js, and TypeScript. This is a full-time on-site role focused on developing and optimizing user interfaces for high-traffic B2C portals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining scalable, reliable frontend systems using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Ownership of projects from conception to delivery, breaking features into manageable units and ensuring smooth workflows.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with backend teams to deliver developer-friendly solutions.
- Optimizing applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability through continuous improvements.
- Participating in team support rotations during business hours.
- Staying updated with emerging frontend trends, architectures, and developer tooling.
- Performing unit testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing to ensure quality.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on frontend engineering experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and AWS, with a focus on test-driven and accessibility-first development.
- Proven experience working on high-traffic B2C products or consumer-facing portals/apps.
- Strong exposure to Test-Driven Architecture (TDA) and GitHub/GitHub Actions.
- Self-directed problem-solving with the ability to scope work, communicate progress, and make independent technical/product trade-offs.
- Willingness to challenge ideas constructively and embrace growth mindset.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for a distributed, asynchronous team.
- Strong focus on execution, accountability, and consistent progress.
- Deep investment in developer experience (DX) through tools or understanding frontend challenges.
