Every production AI system, from customer support bots to code generation and medical diagnostics, requires a foundational infrastructure. This includes routing between models, secure management of tools and integrations, orchestration of agents with governance, and a unified compute layer. We are TrueFoundry, and we are building this essential infrastructure.

The Problem We're Solving

Companies are advancing beyond simple chatbots to sophisticated agentic systems that route requests across various LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, self-hosted), integrate diverse tools via protocols like MCP, and orchestrate complex multi-agent workflows. The existing infrastructure is insufficient for production-ready systems. We provide a control plane that handles:

• Intelligent routing with observability, cost policies, and fallback logic.
• Centralized tool and MCP server management with robust security and lifecycle controls.
• Agent orchestration with comprehensive governance and guardrails.
• A unified compute layer for self-hosted models, custom tools, and agents.

Our solutions include the AI Gateway, a control plane composed of five flexible components (Prompts, LLM Gateway, MCP Gateway, Guardrails, Agent Gateway) for routing, orchestration, and governance, and AI Deploy, a Kubernetes-based compute layer that abstracts ML workloads into standard software primitives for unified infrastructure management.

We are a Series A funded company, backed by Intel Capital and Sequoia, with clients like CVS, Mastercard, Siemens, Paytm, Synopsys, and Zscaler leveraging our platform for production AI workloads. We are seeking a Front-End Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript and React.js to join our dynamic, innovative team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our CTO & Co-Founder, directly impacting our product’s core user experience and interface.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain intuitive, high-performance front-end applications.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to translate ideas into seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize components for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js.
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals – HTML5, CSS3, DOM manipulation.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
• Knowledge of modern build tools and version control (Webpack, Babel, Git).
• Passion for building beautiful, responsive, and user-centric interfaces.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or state management libraries (Redux, Recoil, Zustand).
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and design systems.
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
