Senior Front End Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to build scalable, high-performance, and intuitive enterprise applications powered by AI and agentic AI. This role requires strong front-end engineering expertise and the ability to translate complex AI workflows into seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable, responsive, and production-grade web applications.
• Build reusable UI components using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Design intuitive interfaces for AI agents, conversational applications, dashboards, and enterprise workflows.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, GraphQL, and AI services.
• Build real-time interfaces for streaming AI responses, notifications, and workflow status.
• Optimize application performance, security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement testing, code reviews, CI/CD practices, and front-end engineering standards.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers, back-end teams, product managers, and UI/UX designers.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to front-end architecture decisions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of professional front-end engineering experience in Kolkata or remote-friendly locations.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, and responsive design.
• Experience integrating APIs, AI services, and real-time data.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Good understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and application security.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building enterprise SaaS, generative AI, LLM, or agentic AI applications involving complex dashboards, conversational interfaces, and workflow-driven user experiences.

Pay Range: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
