Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design Implementation: Partner with UX/UI designers to translate visual designs and wireframes into fully functional and interactive user interfaces.
• Frontend Development: Develop new user-facing features using modern frontend frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for speed and scalability by fine-tuning images, CSS, JavaScript, and other assets.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Guarantee seamless performance across major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).
• Responsive Design: Implement adaptive web designs that deliver an optimal viewing experience across a wide range of screen sizes and devices, adhering to modern standards.
• Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code, following industry best practices including thorough code reviews, unit testing, and proficient use of Git for version control.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs, WebSocket connections, and other backend services into frontend applications.
• Bug Fixes and Troubleshooting: Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve frontend issues, continuously improving the codebase for a high-quality user experience.
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for frontend code, user interfaces, and component libraries to facilitate efficient collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Stay Updated with Technology: Continuously explore and adopt the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance product quality.

Core Requirements & Skills (5+ Years Experience):

• Core Tech Stack: Extensive experience with React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• State Management & APIs: Proficiency in Redux, Context API, and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Performance Optimization: Expertise in browser behavior, rendering paths, and loading performance (e.g., Lighthouse).
• Testing & Workflow: Experience with unit and integration testing using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Leadership: Proven experience in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to key technical decisions.
• Modern Frameworks: Exposure to Next.js and frontend build tools.
• Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional frontend development experience, with the ability to manage a team.
• Frontend Technologies: Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Responsive Design: Experience with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Material UI and CSS pre-processors such as SASS or LESS.
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Testing: Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress) and TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility challenges and their resolutions.
• UI/UX Principles: Solid grasp of UX principles, web design best practices, and the ability to build accessible, user-friendly interfaces.
• API Integration: Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and WebSocket protocols.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks, including sprint cycles, user stories, and Jira.
• Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Educational Requirements:
