Senior Front End Developer

Webclick Digital Pvt.Ltd. is seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer for their on-site position in Delhi, Delhi. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at designing engaging user experiences and translating them into responsive, high-performance web interfaces. The position requires a blend of creative design thinking with strong front-end development skills to deliver modern, user-focused digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern, and user-centric UI/UX for websites and web applications.
• Develop responsive and well-structured code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate effectively with back-end developers and project managers to build comprehensive web solutions.
• Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across various browsers and devices.
• Conduct usability testing and implement data-driven improvements to UI/UX designs.
• Optimize front-end performance and adhere to industry best practices for coding and design.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Demonstrated experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, CSS, or React.js (preferred).
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Solid understanding of UX research, accessibility, and usability standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices relevant to design and front-end development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
