Senior Front End Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining modern, high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences for our clients. You will leverage cutting-edge frontend engineering expertise combined with AI-assisted development practices to enhance delivery speed, maintain code quality, and meet stringent accessibility and performance standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, collaborating closely with clients to translate initial concepts into actionable requirements, wireframes, and design mockups. Essential to this role is demonstrable experience in implementing secure authentication and authorization flows, particularly utilizing Okta, to ensure robust identity management across our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead frontend development initiatives using React 19, TypeScript, and Vite, upholding high coding standards and best practices.
• Design and implement intuitive user interfaces that align with UX requirements and meet WCAG accessibility guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and architect scalable frontend solutions.
• Seamlessly integrate with backend APIs and manage server state efficiently using TanStack Query.
• Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization mechanisms with the Okta SDK.
• Develop and sustain comprehensive test coverage using Playwright, Vitest, and React Testing Library.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot and SpecKit to drive spec-driven development and accelerate project timelines.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHub, Terraform, and AWS CloudFront.
• Create and manage clear component documentation using Storybook.

Mandatory Skills:

Proficiency in React 19 and TypeScript, with experience in Vite for builds. Familiarity with React Router, Tan Stack (Query, Table, Virtual), and Formic/Yup for form handling and validation. Proven experience integrating Okta for authentication. Expertise in testing frameworks including Playwright, Vitest, and React Testing Library. Comfortable working within a CI/CD environment using GitHub, Terraform, NPM, and AWS (CloudFront). Experience with Storybook and GitHub Copilot is essential. Familiarity with or a strong willingness to adopt Spec-Driven Development methodologies, specifically SpecKit, is required for upcoming projects.
