Senior Engineer Software

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of full-stack development experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, Python, Angular JS, Vue JS, and ReactJS, coupled with excellent programming and problem-solving skills. A solid understanding of various operating systems and databases is required. The role demands strong communication abilities to effectively liaise with development teams and management.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include collaborating with fellow developers and architects, developing and modifying software code to organizational specifications, adhering to industry best practices, and providing guidance to junior team members. You will contribute to the developer community, evaluate and improve development tools and frameworks, ensure timely completion of development tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. You will also be responsible for informing Product Owners and Architects of any issues with current technical solutions and continuously researching emerging technologies to propose improvements.

Your Profile

Qualifications include at least 6+ years of experience as a product developer or in a similar role. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, Angular JS, Vue JS, and ReactJS is essential, along with an in-depth understanding of coding languages and hands-on debugging skills. Sound knowledge of operating systems and databases is necessary. Experience in the semiconductor domain and its lifecycle is a plus. A deep understanding of software development methodologies and systems design, along with the ability to work with cross-site teams, is required. Demonstrated experience in creating Proof of Concepts for technology demonstration, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities are key to success in this role.
