Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Customer Engineering (CE) Engineer to support and scale complex device-to-cloud platforms. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working closely with customers, solving real-world technical problems, and operating across embedded devices, cloud services, and APIs.

In addition to strong technical fundamentals, this role values an engineer who actively adopts modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted workflows and tooling automation, to improve efficiency and quality.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering experience; OR Master's degree with 1+ year of experience; OR PhD.

Experience required: Programming (C/C++/Java/Python), debugging techniques, embedded systems, IoT, cloud platforms, and distributed systems. Strong proficiency in Java (backend) and full-stack concepts is essential.
