In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing techno-commercial proposals for field instrumentation and managing the complete execution of project orders for the Rosemount business.
- Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Rosemount products.
- Selecting suitable instruments based on RFQs and detailing specifications.
- Designing instrumentation solutions tailored to specific applications.
- Supporting Emerson Sales Offices to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Preparing and submitting post-order documentation, ensuring accuracy, resolving customer comments, and meeting submission deadlines.
- Attending internal project execution meetings to thoroughly understand and address customer requirements.
- Procuring buyouts and coordinating effectively with vendors.
- Ensuring adherence to project schedules.
- Maintaining logs of key metrics for projects and proposals.

You excel in communicating effectively across various settings, including one-on-one interactions, small and large groups, and with individuals of diverse styles and position levels.
Qualifications
For this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of core instrumentation experience within the Process Industry, EPC Companies, or OEM companies.
- A solid understanding of the basic working principles of Pressure, Temperature, DP Flow and Level meters, Radar Type Level meters, and Flame and Gas monitoring Systems.
- Familiarity with instrument installation and calibration procedures.
- Knowledge of Instrument Data Sheets and Specifications, International Standards for Hazardous, Flammable Areas, and Ingress Protection Codes.
- The ability to select appropriate instrument types and models based on customer specifications.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with MS Projects is an added advantage.
- Candidates with knowledge of documentation related to post-order activities will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
A BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering from a reputable institute. Candidates with Post Graduation (ME, M.Tech) in Instrumentation Engineering may also apply.
