Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with 10-15 years of experience to lead development in our Pune/Bangalore locations. This role focuses on high-performance multimedia systems, firmware development, and digital rights management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (10+ years).
• Expert proficiency in C++11 and Linux system programming (IPC, multi-processing, threading, core dump analysis).
• In-depth knowledge of video streaming technologies: MPEG-DASH, HLS, Progressive Download.
• Mastery of audio/video formats: H.264, H.265, AV1, MP4, CMAF, TS and associated analysis tools.
• Understanding of SoC architecture and firmware development for hardware media pipelines.
• Familiarity with multimedia frameworks (GStreamer, FFmpeg) and web playback technologies (MSE & EME).

Digital Rights Management

Highly desirable experience in DRM solutions including Widevine, PlayReady, and FairPlay within Trusted Execution Environments.
