Job Opportunity: Senior Engineer / Asst. Manager - Business Development Manager, Measuring Tools

Bosch is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager specializing in Measuring Tools for our Kolkata operations. This role is crucial for driving sales performance within the Bosch MT Specialist trade channel and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Bosch MT Specialist trade channel.
• Drive network expansion by appointing new MT specialist dealers in target markets.
• Act as a Product Specialist, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of product specifications, segments, and effective demonstration techniques for Measuring Tools.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Key User Managers to support business development initiatives and engage with end-users.
• Execute sales activities to generate demand and secure product placement in primary and secondary sales channels.
• Promote new products and work towards increasing market share.
• Leverage strong knowledge of the market, Measuring Tools, or allied products.
• Provide essential training and support to specialist dealers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational background: B.Tech; MBA is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in Traditional Trade channel Sales.
• Industry Experience: Proven working experience in Measuring Tools, Power Tools, Allied Products, Industrial Consumables, or similar industries.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of IT systems, including Sales CRM.
• Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, public relations (PR) skills, and a willingness to travel.
• Language Proficiency: Hindi and English are preferred. Knowledge of digitalization and analytics is an advantage.
