Senior Engineer - Machine Shop (NPD & Process Optimization)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Engineer with hands-on experience programming Mazak Integrex I-200/I-300, Doosan VMV Series, and Mazak HMC 6000/6800. The ideal candidate will master CNC G-code/CAM software, fixture design, and lead New Product Development (NPD). You will drive OEE improvements through lean methodologies (Kaizen, SMED), optimize cutting strategies for cost reduction, and ensure high-quality standards via Cp/Cpk analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- New Product Development: Lead manufacturing readiness for NPI/NPD, develop robust machining processes, and coordinate cross-functional DFM/DFA activities.
(Bahadurgarh, Haryana focus) - Productivity Improvement: Identify initiatives to boost OEE, reduce cycle times via advanced tooling strategies, and drive automation opportunities in CNC assembly.
- Cost Saving Projects: Lead value engineering projects optimizing material utilization and standardizing best practices across operations.
(Bahadurgarh local impact) - CNC Process Optimization: Develop processes for complex components, improve tool paths/parameters, and validate new cutting-edge solutions like indexable tools.
- Quality & Control: Ensure process capability (Cp/Cpk > 1.3), perform root cause analysis (RCA) on defects, and implement poka-yoke techniques.
Basics Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

Key Competencies: Strong analytical skills, Six Sigma expertise, GD&T knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office/manufacturing software.
