Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Ramboll is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Digital Product Engineering (DPE) team. Based in Chennai or Gurugram, India, you will play a key role in implementing DevSecOps processes and toolchains for Ramboll Products across our global business units. You will be part of a global Platform Engineering team, collaborating with colleagues in the Nordic countries, Germany, and the USA. We value your ideas and contributions in shaping this role. Success in this position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with over 7 years of IT experience and a minimum of 4 years in a DevOps role. Experience with Agile development methodologies like Scrum is essential.

Key technical responsibilities include proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration and scripting (Bash, PowerShell), extensive experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Gitlab CI, GitHub Actions), and hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, preferably in Azure). You should also have experience with containerization (Docker), artifact management (Artifactory), and familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Optional skills include C#, .NET, Java, Python, and Test Automation frameworks.

A strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and the secure software development lifecycle is crucial. Experience with security testing tools (SonarQube, SNYK, JFrog Xray) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk) is also required.
