Full Job Description
Join IntegriChain's DevOps/SRE team as a critical member responsible for developing secure CI/CD pipelines, supporting application lifecycles, and driving automation across our cloud infrastructure. This role offers a blend of hands-on engineering, mentorship, and occasional sprint leadership opportunities within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform & Automation
- Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines utilizing modern tooling.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
- Enhance deployment, packaging, monitoring, and observability processes.
Security & Cloud Operations
- Integrate security best practices into infrastructure, pipelines, and application delivery.
- Enforce compliance, manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, conduct vulnerability scanning, and implement cloud security best practices.
- Manage and optimize Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments, including cost optimization initiatives.
Reliability & Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, and participate in on-call rotations.
- Contribute to incident response, improve runbooks, and ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for proactive issue detection.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and SRE sprints.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to planning and estimation processes.
- Engage in architecture and strategy discussions to enhance delivery and reliability across the platform.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as AWS Codepipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or Travis.
- Strong experience with containerization technologies like Docker, with Kubernetes experience being a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of IaC and automation tools including Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Pulumi.
- Hands-on experience with core AWS services such as ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, and CloudFront.
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git/GitHub.
- Experience in scripting languages, with a strong requirement for Python and Bash.
- Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools like AWS Inspector or Tenable Nessus.
- Experience with secrets and access management solutions such as HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or Delinea Secret Server.
- Knowledge of static/dynamic code and pipeline security tools including SonarQube, Veracode, Qualys, or GitHub Code Security.
- Experience with compliance and cloud security posture management tools like AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, CrowdStrike, or Splunk.
- Proven understanding of security and compliance within cloud environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of observability principles (monitoring, logging, alerting).
- Solid understanding of Linux systems administration.
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
