Senior DevOps Engineer
Full Job Description
Pravar AI builds governed agent infrastructure for wealth management firms serving financial services organizations, RIAs, and asset managers. These clients demand varying levels of data control—On-Premise, Client VPC, Airgapped, or Multi-tenant deployments requiring enterprise-grade security.
You will own the machinery that makes this repeatable: designing pipelines from commit to customer environment, writing Terraform and Helm packaging for AWS, Azure, GCP, and bare-metal Kubernetes, and ensuring air-gapped installs are handled as primary design constraints.
- Design and run infrastructure code, release processes, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD), and deployment paths under change-control gates.
- Manage observability across environments with metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and runbooks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenSearch.
- Own SLOs leading incident reviews when missed; own backup, failover, disaster recovery testing schedules.
- Build vulnerability scanning, dependency checks, image validation into the pipeline; manage secrets/certificates with customer-managed encryption keys.
- Collect evidence for SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 42001 compliance routine work.
- Build tooling behind delegated support: just-in-time access, session recording, least-privilege roles.
- Debug DNS, TLS, IAM problems; write Bash or Python scripts as needed.
What we're looking for:
We seek DevOps/SRE professionals with 4–6 years of experience running production systems others depend on. You must have real-world deployment experience in both public cloud (AWS, GCP) and customer-controlled/on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong Kubernetes/Helm skills (ingress, autoscaling, network policy, upgrades).
- Infrastructure as Code expertise with Terraform or equivalent focused on reuse.
- Solid Linux networking knowledge; security-first mindset including secrets handling and encryption in transit/at rest.
- Comfort working at the cutting edge of product availability with enterprise requirements.
Desired Requirements:
Prior experience in regulated settings (banking, fintech, healthcare); AWS/GCP DevOps certification; proven on-prem infrastructure running track record.
