We're seeking candidates with a proven track record in DevOps, Infrastructure Security, and DevSecOps, dedicated to building environments that are not only scalable and resilient but also inherently secure. You will be instrumental in driving infrastructure automation, implementing robust CI/CD practices, establishing comprehensive monitoring solutions, and fostering cloud-native operations across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior DevOps Role:

• Design, construct, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and resilient CI/CD pipelines for on-premise, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and hybrid infrastructures.
• Implement and administer Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using industry-leading tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Manage and optimize container orchestration and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Configure, manage, and monitor infrastructure health and performance utilizing tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or equivalent observability platforms.
• Integrate and enforce security best practices (DevSecOps) throughout the infrastructure and deployment lifecycle.
• Perform thorough risk assessments and lead vulnerability remediation efforts across all managed environments.
• Collaborate closely with security, development, and operations teams to ensure strict adherence to governance and compliance standards.
• Automate system provisioning, proactive monitoring, and dynamic scaling using advanced DevOps methodologies and tools.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for our hybrid infrastructure.
• Conduct regular system audits and manage patch deployment to maintain system integrity.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2.5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing both on-premise infrastructure and major public cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Proficiency in scripting languages essential for automation, such as Bash, Python, or Go.
• Practical experience with a range of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and CircleCI.
• A solid understanding of networking concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.
• Deep knowledge of critical security practices such as Zero Trust architecture, Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, auditing, and compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA.
• Relevant certifications, including AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), are considered a significant advantage.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with hybrid workload orchestrators like Anthos or Azure Arc.
• Familiarity with observability best practices and tools such as OpenTelemetry.
• Exposure to policy-as-code tools including OPA/Gatekeeper or HashiCorp Sentinel.
