Senior Development Lead

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Frontend Developer (React/Angular) in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining high-quality web applications using React.js and Angular. You will transition from hands-on development to providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, and defining project scope.

Key Responsibilities

• React.js Development: Develop UI components, translate designs into clean code, integrate with .Net Core APIs, build reusable libraries, and optimize for performance across devices.
• Angular Development: Implement frontend components using Angular, participate in all SDLC phases (analysis to support), and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ledership & Mentorship: Guide developers on React/Angular best practices, conduct code reviews, establish QA processes, and mentor junior staff through pairing and knowledge sharing.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to coding standards within assigned modules, assess technical risks in architecture discussions, and maintain application responsiveness.
• Collaboration: Work with design/product teams on innovative solutions, cross-functional squads for new features, and stakeholders for project delivery and risk reporting.

Skill Requirements

Experience: Solid hands-on enterprise frontend experience; proven track record in production-grade apps; technical lead background preferred.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in React.js (including Redux, Flux) and Angular.
- Strong HTML5/CSS with modern JavaScript/ES6+ principles.
- RESTful API integration knowledge.
- Responsive design expertise for cross-device consistency.
- Familiarity with Immutable.js data structures, Git version control, and Agile methodologies.
