Senior Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-stack Developer (React) to architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces. In this role, you will guide technical direction, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: Design and implement high-performance Java/Golang backend services and React-based frontend interfaces.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance, foster best practices, and mentor junior team members in a collaborative environment.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, well-documented code adhering to industry standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with backend/frontend devs, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
• Performance & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and ensure scalability for both frontend and backend components.
• Testing Strategy: Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing protocols.

Tech Stack Requirements

You will work with a modern stack including React.js, Java/Golang (Spring/Spring Boot), HTML/CSS/JavaScript, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL databases, AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes/Docker, Jenkins for CI/CD, Jaeger for observability, and Agile methodologies. Security best practices and secure coding principles are mandatory.

Experience & Skills

• 6+ years in full-stack development with expert proficiency in the specified technologies.
• Strong understanding of OOP design patterns and microservices architecture.
• Solid soft skills: problem-solving, communication, leadership, and ability to manage independent tasks.
