Senior Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Developer for our Custom Business Applications team in Chennai. You will design, implement, and evolve Azure full-stack applications that directly impact core business processes at Husky TechnologiesTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Tech Implementation: Implement solutions based on LLD; own component/module implementations; ensure performance, security, and maintainability.
• Delivery & Execution: Translate requirements into working software; break down features; provide reliable estimates; deliver high-quality increments aligned with sprint goals.
• Quality & Standards: Write clean, readable code adhering to team standards; participate in code reviews; address technical debt (DoR/DoD).
• Incident Support: Troubleshoot complex defects and production issues; contribute to root cause analysis.

Collaboration & Mentorship

Closely work with Tech Leads, Architects, Product Owners, QA, and Platform teams. Support and mentor junior/mid-level developers while contributing to team continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency with C#, PowerShell, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft .NET and frontend frameworks like Angular (or React).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases on Azure.
• Familiarity with Azure services: App Service, Functions, Cosmos DB, Storage.
• Clean Code principles; Unit Testing & TDD experience.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps) and Agile methodologies.
