Senior Developer

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior Developer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge agentic AI frameworks that drive our AI Proactive Defense platform. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in building intelligent agents designed for autonomous reasoning, decision-making, and proactive threat mitigation.

Your responsibilities will include architecting and developing multi-agent orchestration systems, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and creating AI-driven automation pipelines that form the core of our AI-powered Security Operations Centre (SOC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop agentic AI frameworks focused on proactive threat detection and response.
• Implement sophisticated multi-agent coordination logic to manage planning, execution, and self-correction within dynamic security workflows.
• Integrate LLMs, vector databases, and tool-use APIs to enhance contextual memory and enable autonomous reasoning capabilities.
• Construct modular orchestration components for efficient knowledge routing, task delegation, and seamless agent collaboration.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, observability, and resilience of production-grade systems.
• Prototype and evaluate emerging agentic AI tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Actively participate in code reviews and design discussions, and contribute to comprehensive technical documentation.
