About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Developer – AI Engineering to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and full-stack applications. You will translate enterprise processes into agent capabilities using Microsoft technologies (Azure AI services) and Python. This is a hands-on engineering role combining agentic workflows, API development, enterprise integration, and modern front-end work under strict security governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents for Operations, Finance, and Commercial domains.
• Implement orchestration logic that interprets user intent and returns auditable outcomes.
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions grounded in SOPs and business rules.
• Apply prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and structured output techniques.
• Develop full-stack applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Python, and modern front-end frameworks (React.js / Angular / Vue.js).
• Deliver secure RESTful APIs and cloud-native solutions on Azure.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems using governed tools and APIs.
• Apply AI governance, security standards (OWASP), and auditability controls.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 10+ years full-stack development with Microsoft technologies (.NET Core, C#, SQL Server).
• 2+ years building LLM-based/agentic solutions (prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling).
• Strong proficiency in Python and C# / .NET.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms: Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel.
• Deploying cloud-native apps on Azure (Azure Functions, DevOps).
• Front-end proficiency in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong SQL skills and web services knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
