Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our innovative team focused on AI-Enabled Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This is a permanent full-time position offering opportunities for growth within our organization. We are looking for candidates with immediate to 45 days' notice periods, though those with longer notice periods may also be considered.
Role: Senior Developer (AI Enabled SDLC)
Location: PAN India (Bengaluru, Pune, Delhi/NCR)

Experience Required: 3-5 years and 5-9 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions within the SDLC.
- Engineer and optimize Machine Contextual Processing (MCP) systems.
- Develop and manage Context Engineering frameworks.
- Integrate and automate Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with AI-enhanced capabilities.
- Design and develop microservices architectures.
- Utilize containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Develop intelligent test automation strategies.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong programming proficiency in Java, Python, and Kotlin.
- Fullstack development experience with ReactJS, Java, Python, and Kotlin.
- Expertise in AI SDLC engineering.
- Experience with MCP engineering.
- Knowledge of Context Engineering principles.
- Proficiency in LLM integration and automation.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD development and AI-enhanced pipelines.
- Experience with microservices development.
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Skills in intelligent test automation.
Good to Have:
- Product thinking for Generative AI adoption.
- Experience building modular, context-aware MCP tooling.
- Exposure to UI engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with multiagent systems and intelligent workflow patterns.
