SAP Senior Developer - ABAP

About the Role

In this position, you will be instrumental in the support and development of product features within Trade Management and RGM Claims in S/4HANA, adhering to SAP's stringent quality standards. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Software Developers, Designers, and Domain Experts in an Agile framework. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and resolving issues in both existing and new code, demonstrating full ownership of tasks with a commitment to quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency. You will also have the opportunity to broaden your skills beyond your core focus and contribute to team objectives. Experience in building highly available, secure, and scalable enterprise products is essential. This role requires flexibility to work with globally distributed teams.

What You Bring

• 10-15 years of experience in software development.
• Strong programming background with excellent technical skills in design, coding, testing, and delivery of secure, scalable, reliable, robust, and performant applications.
• Good reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in ABAP OOPS.
• Knowledge of development on Fiori & RAP framework.
• Adherence to coding standards and guidelines, and application of standard development processes.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
• High commitment and ownership of product/topic for success.
• Demonstrated high degree of reliability in deliverables.
• Flexibility and adaptability in working with distributed teams.

Additional expertise in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) applications is advantageous.
