Senior Data Scientist

We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with specialized experience in pricing optimization, pricing elasticity, and AWS SageMaker. This role requires a strong background in Statistics and Machine Learning, with a particular emphasis on Bayesian modeling. As a key member of our Data Science team, you will collaborate closely with clients to develop cutting-edge pricing strategies and optimize business outcomes using advanced tools like AWS SageMaker.

Responsibilities include leading the development of pricing optimization models, analyzing pricing elasticity to predict consumer behavior and maximize revenue, implementing and deploying machine learning models on AWS SageMaker, and utilizing Bayesian modeling for robust decision-making. You will also integrate data-driven insights into business processes, communicate findings to diverse stakeholders, and continuously explore new modeling techniques.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in data science, focusing on pricing optimization and elasticity modeling. Expertise in Bayesian modeling, machine learning techniques, and AWS SageMaker is essential. Proficiency in Python or R and cloud platforms like AWS is also required, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with A/B testing, econometrics, and other cloud platforms.
