Senior Data Scientist

Join NielsenIQ as a Senior Data Scientist in Delhi, India, and empower clients to better understand and utilize RMS services. You will bridge the gap between client requirements and data science solutions, leveraging your expertise in RMS and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Nielsen's product suite.
• Understand and address client concerns effectively.
• Propose and implement solutions to client challenges, with guidance.
• Automate and develop solutions for existing processes.
• Take initiative in identifying and addressing issues within the RMS product, contributing to product improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Degrees in Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields involving statistical analysis of large datasets.
• 2-3 years of experience in market research or a related field.

• Skilled in data visualization tools including Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, or MicroStrategy.
• Experience working in a virtual environment and familiarity with Git/Bitbucket processes.
• Prior experience with RMS or NIQ is advantageous.
• Strong logical reasoning skills to tackle complex problems and achieve positive outcomes.
• Ability to identify and utilize data from various sources to influence decisions.
• Aptitude for interpreting data in the context of business objectives.
