About This High-Impact Role
This Senior Data Scientist - Audience Analytics position is based in the United States and focuses on transforming complex, multi-source datasets into actionable insights that shape public health communication strategies at scale. You will work at the intersection of data engineering, statistical modeling, and behavioral analytics to support national campaigns aimed at improving health outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and R to integrate large-scale datasets from surveys, media, and campaign sources.
- Build interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI for stakeholder decision-making.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis (segmentation, causal inference, predictive modeling) to generate insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data-informed communication strategies targeting large-scale public education initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Applied Statistics (Master's required; PhD preferred).
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS (S3, SageMaker).
- Strong skills in regression models, clustering, random forests, Bayesian methods, and model evaluation.
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear narratives for clients and stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits:
