About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Analytics at Discord. You will leverage advanced analytical skills to solve complex business challenges, define critical KPIs, architect robust dashboards, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams across the organization through the full data science lifecycle: from ideation and exploratory analysis to building actionable dashboards/reports and conducting rigorous A/B testing.
• Define and track KPIs that drive user experience improvements, encapsulating these metrics in clean, crisp, high-performance dashboards for timely decision-making.
• Leverage our scalable infrastructure to build custom datasets monitoring novel product features and processes quickly and efficiently.
• Socialize insights with both technical and non-technical audiences, soliciting continuous feedback on visualization and reporting strategies.
• Champion A/B testing methodologies, helping groups design, analyze, and interpret tests correctly within large-scale data environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, future-proof instrumentation frameworks.
