Responsibilities

• Implement advanced AI models, meticulously fine-tune existing architectures, and seamlessly integrate AI features into our robust SaaS platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code that adheres to industry best practices.
• Actively participate in design discussions and rigorous code reviews to ensure the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated professional experience in AI-focused roles.
• A deep and practical understanding of software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), comprehensive testing methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Technical Requirements (Tech Stack)

• Proficiency in Python, along with experience in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with Transformer models and Large Language Models (LLMs), including familiarity with platforms like OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) for efficient data management.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices for streamlined model deployment and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with an insatiable passion for learning and adopting new technologies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, essential for effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a SaaS or dedicated AI product company is highly advantageous.
