Senior Data Management Analyst

Join Experian as a Senior Data Management Analyst in Hyderabad, supporting crucial projects focused on data integrity, consumer advocacy, analytics, and accuracy. This hybrid role, requiring two days in the office, involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify data accuracy improvements, re-engineer business processes, and provide actionable insights for enhanced data management. You will report to a Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze trends and patterns in core Consumer, Clarity, Rent bureau, and Ops processing data to inform business decisions.
• Design and optimize analytical workflows to streamline processes and enable self-service analytics for other analysts.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications, process flow diagrams, and queries.
• Effectively present actionable insights and recommendations to management, acting as a compelling storyteller.
• Consult with internal clients on data quality issues and establish remediation and monitoring programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as data operations, data governance, compliance, audit, product development, and consumer assistance to gather requirements for business process improvements and data accuracy enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analytics roles.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Aurora.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and familiarity with analytical tools like Alteryx, Python, SAS, R, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, and MS Office suite.
• Experience with Metro2 data quality, public records, credit inquiries, and consumer disputes.
• Desirable experience with data modeling, GenAI, machine learning, and tools like Python, Spark, Athena, Hive.
• Ability to navigate complex business environments and a strong willingness to learn new processes, tools, and techniques.
