Senior Data Engineer

WIN is seeking to expand its team by hiring a Senior Data Engineer in Noida, India. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about analyzing complex datasets, deriving insights, and providing data-driven recommendations. You will join a multidisciplinary team focused on transforming the real estate industry through disruptive services, leveraging generative AI in our upcoming products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, manage data collection, and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Curate datasets through hands-on analysis and automated tools, including web scraping, ETL pipelines, and SQL queries.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify new data sources and augment existing ones.
• Design and maintain intuitive BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate complex data and insights.
• Identify actionable business insights by analyzing data trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Document data processes, schemas, and datasets.
• Build solutions adhering to best practices in security, design, and data quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience with data querying, manipulation, and integration scripting is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise cloud computing and storage platforms like AWS or GCP.
