The Senior Data Engineer Opportunity:
WIN is expanding its team and seeking a talented Senior Data Engineer. The ideal candidate is passionate about analyzing intricate datasets, deriving valuable insights, and providing data-driven recommendations. You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team transforming the real estate industry through innovative services, notably by leveraging generative AI in our upcoming products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, manage data collection, and ensure the quality and integrity of data.
- Curate datasets through hands-on analysis and automated tools, including web scraping, ETL pipelines, and SQL queries.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and integrate new data sources, complementing existing ones.
- Design and maintain user-friendly BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively convey complex data and insights.
- Uncover actionable business insights by analyzing data trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Own the documentation of data processes, schemas, and datasets.
- Build solutions adhering to best practices in security, design, and data quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and visualization tools.
- Experience with data querying, manipulation, and integration scripting is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise cloud computing and storage platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment demanding innovation and rapid execution.
- Skilled in understanding and breaking down complex problems, proposing clear and effective solutions.
- Creative and strategic thinker with an out-of-the-box approach.
