About Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer – AI/ML to build the data and AI infrastructure powering next-generation intelligent products. This role combines modern data engineering with Generative AI, focusing on scalable platforms using LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, vector search, and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI/LLM pipelines supporting training, inference, evaluation, and retrieval workloads including ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, indexing, reranking, and context construction.
• Develop production-grade applications using LLMs, structured outputs, tool/function calling, and agentic workflows (LangGraph/LangChain).
• Build and optimize semantic search and vector retrieval systems for high performance.
• Create frameworks for LLM evaluation, monitoring, tracing, quality measurement, latency optimization, and cost control.
• Design scalable batch and streaming pipelines using Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Snowflake, Airflow, Kafka, and Unity Catalog.
• Establish data governance, lineage, security, and observability practices for AI systems.
