About the Role:

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will work on a broad range of data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence problems across a variety of industries. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and drive business improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business context and challenges.
• Understand business processes and map them in visual formats.
• Translate complex business problems into analytical structures and solve them using statistical or Machine Learning techniques.
• Collaborate with a team of data scientists and engineers to integrate AI and analytics into business decision-making processes.
• Identify opportunities for business improvement and formulate actionable strategies.
• Effectively showcase the benefits of analysis and present findings and recommendations to clients.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Developing and enhancing algorithms and models to solve business problems.
• Providing end-to-end analysis support across different industry domains and application areas.
• Data quality assessment, analyzing usability and sufficiency of data for desired analytical/business outcomes.
• Generating data cuts/outputs according to agreed specifications (e.g., survey data cleanup, weighting data, recoding variables, creating custom tabular views, running cross-tabulations).
• Conducting quantitative analyses and interpreting results.
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Spotfire (any).
• Proficiency in MS SQL Database and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Python knowledge is a valuable asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Storyboarding and client interaction experience are value additions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant analytics experience with a focus on problem-solving and advanced analytics solutions.
• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), MBA, or an Advanced degree in Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent.
