Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics efforts in Oncology patient journey mapping and Line of Therapy (LoT). You will transform large claims datasets into strategic insights for our clients, focusing on DRG, IQVIA, McKesson, and Symphony data.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics efforts in Oncology patient journey mapping and Line of Therapy (LoT). You will transform large claims datasets into strategic insights for our clients, focusing on DRG, IQVIA, McKesson, and Symphony data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics projects in patient-journey mapping and Brand analytics.
- Analyze structured claims/patient datasets (DRG, IQVIA, etc.) using SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau.
- Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to assess treatment patterns and utilization pathways for HEOR/HCRU studies.
- Create client-facing dashboards and visual reports; ensure data governance and reproducibility.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years total experience with 3+ in relevant analytics roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; prior exposure to RWE sources (EHR/EMR) preferred.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with oncology therapy areas and market-access structures.
- Experience leading stakeholder workshops or building interactive dashboards for global teams.
