Senior Data Analyst

FE fundinfo is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Chennai, India. You will play a crucial role in driving data excellence and innovation, working on high-impact projects that shape decision-making across the organization and collaborating with international stakeholders. This permanent position requires strong analytical skills and experience in fund operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end data collection and processing for large, multi-source datasets, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
• Identify and resolve data anomalies and inconsistencies to maintain high data quality standards.
• Develop and refine metrics for data completeness, processing trends, and KPIs to generate actionable insights.
• Analyze existing data workflows and propose improvements to enhance reliability and reduce latency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elevate data processing standards.
• Participate in client calls to gather requirements, present insights, and align on analytical goals and deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in fund operations and fund data management.
• Proficiency in Excel for data handling and reporting.
• Strong French reading skills for effective communication.
• Proven experience in identifying data discrepancies and producing clear, actionable reports.
• Confidence in client-facing scenarios, including meetings and presentations.
