About the Role:

The Finance organization at Electronic Arts is undergoing a significant transformation, leveraging technology, data, and advanced analytics to drive informed decision-making and enhance automation across all financial operations. As a key member of the FinTech team, you will contribute to building robust, scalable solutions that integrate data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and automation to deliver real-time insights and foster continuous improvement.

We are seeking a talented Senior Analyst to play a pivotal role in developing finance technology solutions, managing semantic data models, and supporting the implementation of AI-driven analytics for the Finance department. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the Hyderabad FinTech Manager and the broader Finance Technology and Data & Insights teams, transforming conceptual designs into production-ready tools and models aligned with EA's Finance Transformation roadmap.

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong command of Python, SQL, and Power BI, coupled with foundational data modeling experience and a genuine interest in AI and automation.

Workplace Guidance: This is an onsite role requiring a minimum of three days per week at our EA Hyderabad location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Production & Model Development: Translate functional designs and prototype dashboards into production-grade Power BI models and reports. Develop and maintain comprehensive semantic data models to support finance performance tracking, planning, and automation initiatives. Implement data transformation and optimization techniques to enhance refresh speeds, accuracy, and scalability. Collaborate with engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and uphold governance standards.
• Data, AI & Innovation: Assist in the implementation of new use cases involving AI and machine learning for finance analytics and forecasting. Contribute to data model innovation by integrating new datasets and refining model relationships. Document data lineage, transformations, and semantic structures to ensure transparency and facilitate reuse. Participate in proof-of-concept projects exploring AI and automation opportunities within Finance processes.
• Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with the FinTech Manager and cross-functional partners to ensure production solutions adhere to global Finance standards. Support the rollout and adoption of new reports, dashboards, and automation tools within the Finance organization. Contribute to process improvements, the development of reusable templates, and technical documentation for future projects.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data modeling.
• Proven experience in building reports and semantic models using Power BI.
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data transformation principles.
• Exposure to AI concepts, machine learning workflows, or predictive modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Finance, Data, or Technology projects within a large enterprise setting.
• Familiarity with cloud data environments or modern data architecture principles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or data automation workflows, with practical experience in creating data pipelines using tools such as One Lake, Microsoft Fabric, Data Modelling, and Schemas.
