Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to lead projects, ensuring high-quality data operations and efficient project management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project ownership, data management, and demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts.

What you'll do:

Process Understanding and Account Delivery

• Collaborate with Lead Analysts and Solution Engineering leads on the technical delivery of projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and track all project phases, from kickoff to completion, ensuring on-time, high-quality data deliverables.
• Apply extensive experience in data pre-processing, generating data-driven insights and correlations to create compelling data storytellings.

Project Management and Communication

• Lead and work with Data Analysts to execute tasks utilizing Python, with knowledge in Data Analytics, ML, LLM, and related fields.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, identify risks proactively, and coordinate with the support team for prompt resolution.

Continuous Improvement:

• Propose and implement initiatives to automate repetitive tasks and enhance data analytics workflows.
• Contribute to tool configurations and enhancements to improve efficiency.

Who you are:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related field.
• Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Analytics, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, or Medical-Device sectors, working with product companies or startups.
• Have prior experience leading a team of Associate/Data Analysts and in project management.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand project requirements and deliver solutions using analytics and project management skills.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.

Tech Stacks/Tools:

• Proficient in Python, Excel, ML, LLM, and related fields.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
• Basic knowledge of GIT (version control, branching, committing, and collaboration).

Compensation Range: ₹800000 - ₹1200000
