Berkeley Search Consultants is actively seeking a skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in the United States. This pivotal role involves providing essential front-line customer support, meticulously tracking service trends, and actively contributing to the training and development of our customer service representatives. You will work closely with team leaders to ensure the achievement of organizational targets and performance goals, making a significant impact on our operational success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support team leaders to facilitate the successful completion of the organization’s targets and performance goals.
- Provide exemplary front-line support to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Gather and provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer satisfaction and evolving needs.
- Efficiently track trends and identify discrepancies in collaboration with the team lead.
- Assist in the comprehensive training and ongoing support of customer service representatives in the execution of their assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably within a consumer-packaged goods company.
- Mandatory working knowledge of EDI Processes.
- Proven experience with ERP Systems.
Preferred:
- Experience with SAGE 100 & Mapadoc is considered a significant advantage.
