Full Job Description
Genisys Information Systems is hiring a Customer Support Executive for the Automobiles sector in Whitefield, Bengaluru.
This is an immediate joining opportunity for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of BPO experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support, primarily in the automotive domain.
Qualifications:
- Graduation (10+2+3) is required.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi is mandatory.
- A minimum of 1 year of BPO experience is essential.
- Maximum age limit of 32 years.
Compensation:
Salary package ranges from 25,600 CTC to 30,000 CTC per month.
Benefits:
- Includes Provident Fund (PF) and Insurance.
- 1-Way Cab facility for male employees after 10 PM logout, within a 12 km radius.
Work Schedule:
- Day shifts are assigned to female employees.
- Rotational shifts are applicable for male employees.
